Actions on Orders

The Orders section of the Administration panel is used to manage and control order procedures in your store. Here you can view and process orders, manage call requests, etc.

How to Process and View Order

  1. Go to Orders → View orders in the Administration panel of your store.
  2. Click on the ID of the order you’d like to view.
  3. The page with the order details will open.
  4. Go to the Staff only notes communication box on the page and provide the following information: PRODUCT URL (i.e login to your Supplier store, go to the product page, copy the url of the product and past here), SUPPLIER NAME, SUPPLIER TELEPHONE NUMBER and SUPPLIER E-MAIL.
  5. Click Save changes.You can add comments to the order, assign a manager, and create shipments.
